- Rinse paper filer with warm water
- Heat water to 78°C
- Add 40g of water
- Allow 25 seconds of bloom
- Stir five times
- Add 210g of water and stir once
- Press down very slowly for 75 seconds
- Leave 45g of slurry in the AeroPress
