💪 Preparation:⁠
Position: Upright⁠
Dose: 18g⁠
Filter: Flow Control Filter Cap, 2x Paper Filters⁠
Grind: @comandantegrinder Trailmaster x25 with Tigershark Burrs, 31 clicks, sifted at 200um⁠
Water: 125ppm water made with @apaxlab prototype, 84°C. Bypass water at 50°C⁠
⁠Kettle: @variabrewing Aura Smart Kettle

👉 Method: ⁠

1. Pour 70g of bypass water into carafe⁠

2. Grind coffee (slow rpm), blow chaff and sift fines out.⁠

3. Place the AeroPress on top of the carafe, pour ground coffee (sifted and with the chaff blown out) into the brewing chamber⁠

4. Pour 100g of brewing water in the AeroPress, wet all the coffee grounds.⁠

5. At 25s, stir NSNS-WEWE⁠

6. At 50s, start gently pressing on the AeroPress, for about 20s.⁠

7. Serve⁠
