Water:
82°C

Directions:

1. Add 60 grams of water
2. Stir for 12 seconds
3. Wait 1 minute
4. Add 110 grams of water
5. Wait 2.5 minutes
6. Push for 30 seconds
7. Top up with water until you have 200 grams of coffee (the minimum required for the competition)
