When it comes to the World AeroPress Championship, it always pays to prepare for the unexpected.

This year, we’re taking it to a new level as Proud Mary and Fieldwork Coffee join forces to co-host – and co-roast for – the 2025 Australian AeroPress Championship.

Worlds will collide as Proud Mary’s fruit-forward naturals meet Fieldwork’s super-clean washed coffees in a one-off, competition-grade collab, roasted and blended for this event only. The coffees come to life thanks to Far More Coffee, a B-Corp importer championing sustainability and supplying the raw goods to make it all happen. Two roasters. Two styles. One blend, designed for battle.

Competitors will go head-to-head in a classic knockout format, all chasing the same thing: the golden AeroPress, a Comandante grinder, and a trip to Seoul, Korea to represent Australia in the world final — all thanks to Upstock, our 2025 Travel Partner.

Not competing? You’re still in for a good time.

Aunty Peg’s bar will be pouring downstairs, food trucks will be parked out back, and the energy will be high. Plus, score a bag of the limited edition competition coffee.

And because we love a good surprise… three of the luckiest spectators will walk away with door prizes including a limited edition Comandante C40 handgrinder, a newly-released AeroPress Premium (the super-fancy one), and more.
