It’s been several years since we last ran a Community Survey, and a lot can change in that time in coffee, in culture, and in what people want from events. We’re keen to understand what’s shifted for you, how you’re brewing, what you’re excited by, what you’re over, and what you want more of.

The World AeroPress Championship only works because the community shows up — competitors, hosts, judges, sponsors, and the broader coffee crowd. Your participation in our Community Survey helps us keep our events fresh, fair, fun, and relevant, and it directly influences how we design events, content, and the overall experience across the season.

1. 1. Promoter: This incentive is run by the World AeroPress Championship Pty Ltd (WAC).
   
   
2. 2. How to enter: Complete the WAC Community Survey during the entry period. One person may complete the survey once only. Multiple submissions from the same person may be removed.
   
   
3. 3. Entry period: Entries open and close on the dates/times shown on the survey landing page. Entries submitted after closing won’t be counted.
   
   
4. 4. Eligibility: Open to anyone aged 18+, worldwide — including hosts, sponsors, competitors, spectators, and beyond. The only people not eligible are Tim Williams and Grant Gamble (WAC organisers).
   
   
5. 5. The prize: One winner will receive up to USD $2,500 toward travel costs to attend the 2026 World AeroPress Championship World Final in early December 2026.
   
   
6. 6. Inclusions & exclusions: Covered costs are economy flights and hotel accommodation only, up to the $2,500 cap. Not covered: visas, travel insurance, meals, local transport, spending money, upgrades, extra nights, or any other costs.
   
   
7. 7. Winner selection & contact: The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries within 7 days of the close date. We’ll contact the winner using the email provided. If the winner doesn’t respond within 5 days, we may redraw.
   
   
8. 8. Reimbursement: WAC will reimburse the winner for approved flight & hotel expenses after booking, based on itemised receipts, up to USD $2,500 total. The prize is not transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
   
   
9. 9. Forfeiture / can’t travel: If the winner can’t attend the 2026 World AeroPress Championship World Final for any reason (including choosing not to go), they forfeit the prize. No cash alternative will be offered and no reimbursement will be paid. WAC may cancel the prize for that winner and select a new winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
